B. Political Geography

 
 Africa is the second largest continent and contains over 50 countries, however today you will learn only six countries and you will be able to locate those countries using relative location.
 
 The first country is the Democratic Republic of the Congo. This country can also be called Dem. Rep. of the Congo. It is located towards the middle of Africa. It is south of Sudan, east of Nigeria, and west of Kenya.
 
 
 The second country is Kenya. This country is east of the Dem. Rep. of the Congo, southeast of Sudan, and west of the Indian Ocean. It is on the east coast and kinda in the middle of the African continent.
 
 
 The next country is Nigeria. This country is on the west coast of the African continent. Nigeria is northwest of the Dem. Rep. of the Congo, west of Sudan, southwest of Egypt, and north of the Gulf of Guinea.
 
 
 The next country is South Africa. South Africa is on the south part of the African continent. South Africa is south of the Dem. Rep. of the Congo, southwest of Kenya, southeast of Nigeria, and north of the Indian Ocean.
 
 
 
 The next country is Egypt. Egypt is located on the north part of the African continent. Egpy is north of Sudan, northeast of Nigeria, and south of the Mediterranean Sea.
 
 
The last country is in fact the largest country in the African continent, this country is called Sudan. Sudan is located on the north part of Africa and touches the Red Sea. Sudan is north of the Dem. Rep. of the Congo, south of Egypt, east of Nigeria, and northwest of Kenya.
