1.3 million workers are ending a 3 week strike that started, because the government didn't give the workers a pay rise. Many hospitals were putting thousands of patients at risk, because there weren't enough workers, nurses, and doctors to take care of the patients. The workers on strike wanted a 8.6% pay raise and the government agreed on a 7.5% pay raise.
